The Pride Flag is back at the Stonewall National Monument in NYC. The Trump administration revealed the decision in court papers to settle a lawsuit brought by various groups.
Hungarian Premier and Trump friend Viktor Orbán was defeated in Hungary’s recent election. Unlike Trump, Orbán is allowing a peaceful passage of power. The opposition now has the supermajority needed to amend their constitution and dismantle Orbán's 16 years of authoritarian consolidation.
Several new faces will be on the Sauk County Board of Supervisors. It is unclear whether the votes are there to depose Tim McCumber as Board Chair.
Chris Taylor won the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, meaning that there will be a liberal majority on the Court at least until 2030 (and most importantly, through the 2028 election.)

A federal judge dismissed the Justice Department’s lawsuit against Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin that sought to force him to turn over private information about his state’s voters. Judges have also dismissed the cases against California, Michigan, and Oregon.
Dolly Parton made a “generational and transformational” donation to the hospital named after her. The East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, now the Dolly Parton Children's Hospital, said the money will be a lifeline for years to come. [Gotta love Dolly!]

May Day Strong is planning a day of mass refusal to engage with the American economic engine,featuring rallies, marches, and non-violent disruptions across the country. Not everyone will be able to refuse work, school, or spending entirely, but do what you can.
Keep Pressure on your Members of Congress to stop the Iran War
There are more votes this week to end the war. Tell your Members of Congress, no matter their party: Americans never wanted this war and Congress must do all it can to bring it to an end.
Tell Congress NO on Unnecessary Surveillance of US Citizens
The House votes Wednesday on reauthorization of FISA Section 702, which allows for wiretapping and data collection from foreign nationals on US soil—including information shared with or by American citizens—without a warrant or court order.
