Republican Governor Mike Kehoe of MO signed a GOP-sponsored omnibus elections law that, among other things, restores voting rights to an estimated 40,000 Missourians currently on probation or parole.
Seattle-area Sheriff Patty Cole-Tindall announced that her deputies will not assist ICE on routine immigration matters.
For the second time, four House Republicans joined with Democrats to approve a war powers resolution to hem in Trump’s authority and end the war.
Christian and Jewish leaders gathered at the Texas Capitol to condemn recent ICE-related deaths in Texas, Maine and Florida, telling agents who believe their orders are immoral to "resign and find other work."

1. Ask Your Senator to Co-sponsor/Vote for S. 4814.
This bill would extend Temporary Protected Status for Haitian nationals for three years. U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement is planning to ramp up operations targeting Haitian TPS holders, a source familiar with the situation told ABC News Monday. Nationwide, this affects 300K–350K, but in Ohio alone it would affect 15,000.

2. Ask Your Senator to Oppose Jay Clayton for Director of National Security.
The Nomination has cleared Committee and will likely be voted on as early as TUESDAY.
3. Do the Same for Todd Blanchard's Nomination for Attorney General.
There is more of a chance of stopping this one.
4. Join the kickoff call for Indivisible's "Hands Off Our Vote” campaign this Thursday at 7p.
